h4 denial

hi

i came to usa on h4 status. My husband applied for h1 transfer. But i came to know that my h4 is denied on mar 3rd,and my husband h1 on march 9th.
Is it is possible to get the denial result of h4 before the denial of h1.
i n what cases it is possible.

Yes. It is possible. It is difficult to predict in which case it can happen but it is possible.

Here, if previous employer of h1b holder also has revoked his h1b then your husband who is on h1b is out of status. And if h1b is out of status then dependant h4 holder is also out of status. Means from the denial date, you both are staying as out of status means illegal.

Contact some good attorney immediately and take steps. Otherwise, it will create problems for any entry in USA in future.

Previous employer has nothing to do here. If the existing I-94 has expired, then from the date of I-94 expiry to the last day in U.S is considered illegal.

If previous employer of h1b holder also has revoked his h1b then your husband who is on h1b is out of status.
