My initial H1B petition was issued from 1-Oct-13 to 30-Sep-14. But I travelled on October 2016 with a CAP exempt petition which was valid till May 2018 But i stayed in USA for one year. and I came back to India. Am I eligible for raising an extension under CAP exempt again? What is the last date for raising this CAP exempt extension? Is it 6 years from the date of initial petition i.e. October 2019? or 6 years from the date of the latest petition? Please let me know.
