H4 Categeoy is not availble in D160

I got H1 approval and have to apply visa along with my wife and she will come under h4 category.

I have three question

1) I will be the principle application and how about for my wife
1) H4 category is not available in Form d160 which category I have to select
2) What information I have to fill for my wife for

I am confused on what i have to choose from the categories stated.My husband and I are applying for a tourist visa and I am the principal sponsor. So my visa is B2. But from the categories stated i can't find what fits to my husband.In the appointment confirmation Number I am in the applicant's name and he is in the family member name.
help me on what I will choose.
