A month ago I had appeared for my L1B blanket interview along with my spouse(L2). My L1B blanket got rejected. Now fortunately my H1B petition also got approved few weeks back.
When I am helping my spouse fill up DS-160, we are encountering a question about previous visa rejection/denial.
Shall I answer yes, considering my spouse appeared with me as L2 and even though the VO did not ask her anything, but since she appeared with me and my L1 got denied, that will count as her L2 denial also?
