I am currently on L1 B visa expiring Dec 2019. My Attorney had filed my H1b petition as COS rather than consular processing, and my H1-B is picked in the lottery.
I want to continue on L1-B for one more year still I receive my approved I140. Can you let me know all the possible options
My attorney had suggested to file premium processing for the H1-B approval, and then get L1-B stamped again during OCT-1st, So that we get the H approval and continue to be on L1.
Is it a good option.
