Hi ,
My previous H1B petition expired on July 30, 2018 and visa stamping is valid till same date. My I-140 was approved on July 31, 2018. I am currently in India and my H1B Extension was filed based on I-140 and approved now. Currently waiting for I-797 document.
My recent visa was issued in India by US embassy and I am going for the same employer with no changes in location etc. I wanted to know if I can opt dropbox for Visa stamping before July 30, 2019. Please let me know.
