I have 2 questions as follows:-
1) Has your U.S. Visa ever been cancelled or revoked?
Details:- So my previous to previous employer in my home country applied for L1B visa and in interview I was denied visa, and in addition my approved B1 visa was "cancelled" on my passport.
What should I answer for this question in DS160 form and explanation please.
2) Have you ever been refused visa?
Details:- So my previous to previous employer in my home country applied for L1 Individual visa and it was rejected in paper work stage itself, I was never even called for interview.
What should I answer for this question in DS160 form and explanation please.
