part-time H1 to full time h1 with change of employer

Hi All,

I am on H4 visa and about to convert to H1 visa for part time through my consultant. Could any one kindly answer the below questions?Thanks a lot!:

1. Can I easily shift to full time H1?
2. Can I transfer to a full-time H1 with some other employer both the same time?

What do you mean by easily? If you have valid docs then the process is easy process otherwise it will be not easy process.
For second question, the answer is: yes [if you have all valid things from both of the employers].

Thanks a lot for the answer. By easily means is it going to be smooth, provided I have correct documentation from old part-time H1 employer and the new full-time H1 employer too.

As per me, it should be fine...nothing changed...Anyway, while transferring, your new employer's attorney will check everything. So, if anything missing, they will highlight it as it will be their daily job. So, go ahead, let them handle it for you.
