Hey All,
I have some immigration situation
I have filed my H1_B in 2018, got approved in Jan-2019.
Mean while i'm in stem opt until 06/2020.
I have not informed to school that my H1 is approved.
USCIS Reopened my H1 in April-2019 again and sent a NOIR notice, attorneys responded to the NOIR.
USCIS revoked my petition in July-2019 stating that LCA is invalid.
I have contacted my university again and to check whether my sevis is still active or not, they are saying my sevis is still active and stem opt is approved.
Here my question is I worked on H1 for 6months, after that my h1 is revkoed, is it possible that i go back to stem opt or not?
I dnt knw my stem is valid or not.
Could some one please help me on this if any one knows, thanks in advance.
