Hi all,
I have a couple of question related to H1B visa -
> My last visit was turkey and i got 1 week business stay there but due some other work I took stay 3 month (tried to renew my visa for the same time period but they gave me appointment for 6 month later) and during my return I paid penalty during the emigration from Istanbul airport(Turkey police added me in their black list)....Do I have any trouble for H1B process? what i need to do in this situation.
> My HSC and SSC certificate has Name Manees Kumar Gupta and my all other document including Higher education/passport/PAN has the correct name which is Manish Kumar Gupta...Do I have any trouble for H1B process? what i need to do in this situation.
