What is the best way to get Visa refused?

I’m living in the US and got a letter for an Interview/ Fingerprint for me and child. But I don’t want to stay in the US, what would be the best and sure way to get denied definitely? Telling the truth? Or making something up? I’m in a complicated situation and want to return to my home country and family. I’m a depon H4 and need help. Thank you.
