DS160-Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition -yes or no when PERM is filed

Hi All,

I’m filling DS-160 for my H1B visa and will be going for stamping (PA)in Hyderabad, India.
For the question - Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf ?? Yes/No
im not sure what to answer, as my employer filed for PERM application (Labour Certification) 2 months back & it is not approved yet and I140 is not filed yet.
Can you please suggest ??

answer would be no. I-140 is your immigration petition. When that is filed, then answer would be yes.
