Need advice
I work in California and my salary is at wage level -3 . its around two years back i got my h1b approval and its valid till july 2020.Recently (in july) for level-3 prevailing wage level salary got increased. so my current salary is less than current prevailing wage (which is recently increased) by $4000. So this time when i will be visiting India will there be any issue in h1b stamping
1) as only 8 month are left on my h1b consider i will be going in dec 2019?
2) as my current salary is less than current prevailing wage?
