my h4 visa expired, and i am british, i came to uk for a visit and to come for new h4 visa stamping in london (already have approval notice along with my husband).
Question 1: can i go to usa on a visa waiver program without being questioned/denied at entry with intention to change status to h4 in canada?
question 2: if im allowed to do dat with an application to approval to change status, can someone tell me what is the application form called or application number to apply for that approval to change status?
please help ASAP with ur info as im scheduled to return next month.
