Hi All..
I have a doubt. This is my case...
I had an H1B stamped with my Previous Employer which was valid till Jul 2011 but came back to India after some period of stay in the US on the month of June.
My Current Employer Filed for a new H1B on Dec 2009 in premium processing.
The petition got approved after a query and reached India on Feb Mid by which time I was in Canada on a work permit and I'm still in Canada and probably will be here for couple more months at least....
I have 2 questions
1. Can I get my H1B stamped in Canada since I already have a H1B stamping from my previous employer.
2. If Case 1 is not possible and I had to go back to India to get the Stamping is there any time limit to get the H1B Stamping after the date of the petition Approval?
