Doubt about H1 Cap exemption and clock reset

Hi, My L1B visa has been recently extended till Jan 2021 where it will exhast its 5 year term. Please help me with the following queries:

1. If an employer (my current employer or any other employer) applies for an H1B in the 2020 lottery and I get selected, will I get an additional year in my term ?
2. Next, let's say I stay on H1B for a year and then leave USA for 365 days, will I get a cap exempt for H1B for next filing ?
   1. if yes, what will be the total duration of this new H1B visa?
   2. Can another employer sponsor this new H1B visa ?
