Regarding H1B visa application deadline

I have query regarding the H1B visa application deadline for 2010. I am
currently on OPT which is going to expire in December, 2010. I want to
apply for H1B this year.

Quota for 2010 is already over.

What you will apply for now is 2011. For that, you must apply on April 1,
2010.
