H1 for employer directly as client - any experiences?

Hi All,

Does any of you have information on success rate of processing H1 with employer as client, my employer has open position in US DC and am evaluating the opportunity. However, want to make sure that am understanding any known challenges with processing H1 like that. If you or any of your colleagues have processed H1 like this, can you please share feedback?
