H4 POE - new or old H1 Petition ?

Greetings,

My husband changed his employer 1 week back (H1 Transfer) and now I’m planning to return to US on H4. At POE , do I need to show his new H1 petition or previous employer H1 petition with which my H4 Visa got stamped.

Please advice..

keep both. But until his visa is in transfer, you will get I-94 extension till your husband's old visa expiry.

Spouse's visa expiry has nothing to do with the H4 I-94. Usually the H4 I-94 is issues based on the I-797 approval notice of the primary applicant (Assuming the passport of the H4 holder doesn't expire anytime soon). In order to get an extended I-94 (same as the primary applicant) it is required to carry the latest I-94 of the primary applicant (The one after the H1b transfer).
