My h4 visa on my passport expired on aug2008 but Filed my extension has an approval from aug 2008 with new I-94 which is valid till Jan 2011, in this case what to select the below


(NOTE: Iam in India since Nov 2009 , now planning to go for H4 renewal for going back to USA)

2)Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?*

Yes OR No?


Also Is it ok for staying almost 6 months in india?
