Hello Friends,

I went for my H1 interview on 19th March (Delhi) along with my wife and kid. I was handed over 221-g green color form asking for more documents. I contacted my petitioner. He has not collected and handed over all of the documents. I am in scotland at the moment because of some reasons and can not go back to India for next 3 months.
Questions:-

• Do I need to submit the photocopies of all of the documents including I-797? If not then what all docs as photocopies and what all as origional?
• I am sure my wife can submit these docs on my behalf?
• If I want to submit these docs in UK consulate office in Scotland, can I do that?

>>> Look into the 221g issued. You will need to submit documents as per that list.

If I want to submit these docs in UK consulate office in Scotland, can I do that?
