Will it be a problem at POE?

Hi,

I am planning to go to USA on a H1B through an USA employer.
Currently I am working in India with ABC company.

1. Can I go there without resigning for ABC company in India?
2. If I don't resign I will be applying for long leave then I don't be having releaving letter from ABC co. So, will it be a problem either at POE or in USA?
3. Will someone at POE or in USA ask my past experience letters?
4. How can I convince them without having relieving letter from ABC company?
