Dear all,
I went for h1b interview in year 2007-2008 and the VO asked client letter which my employer couldn't provide.
Now in 2019 I habe other employer who is ready to sponsor for h1b.
My question is, do I need to to file a fresh application and start from lottery process or do I fall under exemption case as my application was picked in lottery once.
Please suggest.
