h4 :DS-160 question..

Hi,

I am in USA on H1B and wife is on H4. For the past 6 months, she has been attending a school here. (as per the information given in USCIS website, H4 visa holders can study fulltime in US) . We are visiting India next month and we will be doing our VISA interview/stamping at chennai. In my wife's DS-160 form, "do you intend to study in USA" question ... I guess, my answer should be "Yes" as she is planning to continue with her studies in H4 status itself. Has anyone else gone through this situation? Will answering this "Yes" results in h4 visa refusal? please advise..

As you have already mentioned that H4 visa holders are allowed to study in U.S. Then why would the visa be rejected based on this? This shouldn't be a problem.
