Payment of fees for H1 restamp appoitment

I'm, trying to set up an appointment for my H1 visa re-stamping, since I am already here in the states I am looking for a way to pay that can be used from the USA, but it seems like all three payment methods assume that you are paying from India. Am I missing something ? Or will I have to ask someone in India to pay on my behalf in order to continue?
