I initially fiked H1B with Company A in April 2018, goot rejection and filed for MTR at which it was approved again in Feb 15 2019. But unfortunately it came only valid till 2 weeks until Feb 28 2019.
But I had to leave to India (while MTR was in progress) on Feb 4 2019. And my company A seems to have revoked my petition.
I'm currently on H4 visa and what is the process if I have to start working again?
Because I once had H1b approved, a h1 transfer sufficient?
Or
Since it was revoked, should we file a new h1b application in April?
