I got my new transferred H1b to Co. B, what if I dont wanna go outside US for a short vacation, can I just not stamp the new H1b?

And what if I apply to be an immigrant, do i still need to renew H1b after it expires while the processing as an immigrant has not been granted?

    Thanks!

    >>> If you go out of the the country, then to re-enter, you need to have a valid H1B stamp in the passport.

    >>> Applying for an immigrant doesn't make you an immigrant. You will need to have valid H1b documents until your EAD or GC is granted.
