Help on H4

When H1 is attending the interview (H1 extending), he has to show "Recent letter from the employer that describes your proposed duties and intention to hire you" as mentioned in immihelp website checklist, what if the H4 is attending with H1 do need to show the "Letter from employer that describes the relationship with the Principal Applicant and the purpose of travel. " ?
Because my employer doesn't give for the letter with the relationship.
anyone please give me the format of H4 letter if in case that would be useful for me.

Just the employment verification letter is enough. Relationship can be proved by showing the marriage certificate.
