Passport submitted after 221g Chennai, but no update

Hi all,

I've attended interview on September 16th 2019 and I was given a 221g blue and my passport was returned to me.

I got an email from consulate on October 4th to submit my passport for further process.

I've submitted my passport on October 9th and it's been almost 4 weeks but there is no change in status.

My case still shows in admin processing and when I try to track my passport I'm getting "No status update available for following passport".

Is this common ? Will there be processing even after they asked for passport? Someone in the same boat?

Only update on my case I see is that last case updated date, other than that rest all same.

I've already postponed my ticket twice.
