  • H1B Transfer denial in Company B - But still Company A I94 is valid till May 2020

    Scenario 1:
From Company A, I request company B employer to transfer H1B But it got denied.
In this case, Can I still continue with Company A till May 2020? After that, Can I raise an extension when it is reaching the expiration date?

    Scenario 2 :
H1B transfer is approved for employer B but employer A is having a policy to not join employer B/client. In this situation, what I have to do?

    Scenario 3:
H1B transfer is approved for employer B along with H4 - the expiry date is 2021. But still, I want to continue employer A and its I94 expiry is 2020.
In this case, when I am doing the extension of H1B. Do I need to redo anything for H4 extension or I can use a recent H4 extension which is valid till 2022 .

Please share your suggestion on those scenarios
