Hi

I am on H1B Visa in U.S.A i will be completing 6years in U.S.A by Feb2011 & my company is not filling greencard for me. Can you pls confirm that I can File Form I140 inorder to extend my visa or no? If no what are the best options for extending Visa

No other options, other than to go for student visa or something.
