Hi I have a fist time h1b visa appointment scheduled . I was working for Same employer on h4 ead for last one year before h1b approval.
1) what additional documents are needed for this case
2) I have w2 with marital status as single. But I am married. Tax is filed by husband as joint. Is it an issue for my stamping. On pay stubs also it’s single.
3)on LCA the wage is $64000. I filled ds160 as $64000/12=$5333.0. However biweekly pay stub shows gross salary as 2503.33. So 2 weeks it’s $5006.00 . It’s for 28 days rite. So is it a problem. Is my salary actually correct or same as LCA? Or 300$ less ?
