H1 B Approved in 2018 but never used. How can trigger it now with a new employer?
1. My H1 B was filled in April, 2018 from employer A.
2. Got approval for three year came in December, 2018.
3. But I traveled to USA before that in October on L-2 status and started working on L2 EAD with employer B.
Now, how can i get on H1-B status with employer B as I don't want to change my job.
