- What should I mention about Depature Details?
- Provide the locations you plan to visit in the U.S ?(Do I need to mention about my comapny location and home location ?)
- Have you ever been in US ? (Is this question applicable for Extension ? I did some visits Inda for vacation, Do I need to mention all visits?
