H1B Transfer/employer change question.

Hey All,

I got an offer from a company and they are willing to file for my H1B transfer (location and employer and client change).
And meanwhile I have already filed for the extension with my current employer for the same client and location.

This is for i797 and non-i140 case.

Will there be a problem if both petitions are filed at the same time ?
