H1B visa - 6th Year going - never done H1B stamping in India

Hello,

I came to the USA in August 2008 as a F1 student visa.
I got H1B in October 2014.

Since October 2014, I am on H1 b and never visited India.
My first 6 years of H1B is finishing in October 2020.

My current H1B is valid until December 2022.

Note: My I-140 has been approved for Jan-2016.

My Question is

1. Is it mandatory to have at-least one H1B stamping from home country ( India) within the first 6 years of H1B??
2. If I don't get a stamping within the first 6 years of H1B - is there any issue if I go for stamping maybe 7th or 8th years of H1B ??


Can you guys please provide your input...
