H1B Transfer Denied

Hi Users,

I am into very sticky situation and need your advice on the current scenario.

I was working with employer A. The I-94 expires in Sep 2020. I have current visa Stamped till Sep 2020. It it the same case with my Dependents.

Employer B filed my H1B in premium. I joined on receipt as the client was in urgent need of someone.

Now my case is denied with employer B.

What are my options?

Employer B says they will re file 129 again.

is it worth?
