Changing H1B sponsor

Hello,

I have applied for H1B with sponsor 'A' last week.
But I want to change H1B with sponsor 'B' soon before the approval with 'A'.
Is it available?
If yes, do I have to apply LCA with 'B' again?

Yes, Employer B need to file an H1b transfer once your H1B petition with employer A gets approved. Yes, employer B need to file a new LCA. LCA is specific to the complany/cleint/location/designation etc.
