    Need Help Again

    I am on H1B valid till 2011. My employer due to lot of reasons is thinking to file bankruptcy and form a new company with same employess, just hte name of the company will be different.

    Do I need to be worried about my status, If so what am I supposed to do and when so I dont get in trouble.
    Seniors please advice.
