My H1B expired back in Feb2010. I have valid I797 through 2012. I wanted to go to Tijuana, Mx for my visa renewal and some business purpose but I heard that there can be delay in visa processing due to security checks. Can I just go cross boarder can come back on my expired visa with valid I94? If yes, Is there any time and re entry limit on it? Anyone have heard issues with this process?
