Hi

At present Iam with employer A. In 2008 I applied Lobor through Employer B.but it went to audit. So. my question is
1. If I apply lobor once again through employer A, did I miss my previous lobor status(priority date)?or it will be active?
2. How much time it takes for an labor application to get processed when it is in audit stage?
