H1 B Tijuana adminstrative processing - emergency
On Dec 9th I came for my VISA stamping on my passport. My H1 B was approved by the USCIS. The officer at the US consulate gave me a white slip 221g - administrative processing. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks with no news from the Us consulate.
I have a personal emergency in the US. My wife is seriously ill and in need of my presence. I have furnished a letter from my doctor about her condition and urgent requirement of my presence.
I have contacted the Us consulate several times through email and also furnished the letter but there is no answer from them. I have contacted the Us consulate through my lawyers and my senator but there is no reply from the Us consulate.
Can I explain my situation in the border and will they allow me inside without a visa - with a valid I 797.
I have contacted the USCIS, DOHS through the twitter handles but there is no reply from them.
I am in great stress but I do not know who to contact - Please share any thoughts/opinions.
