How to find H1B jobs employers cap exempt
I am on B1/B2 visa and i am looking for jobs so plz help as its been 2 months i am not able to find specific jobs in my field whose employers cap exempt or recruiters/staffing agencies whose clients are cap exempt.
all my search using Google and linkedin was no use, i am only getting databases about top H1b employers or already filed H1b applications or when i try to search jobs in that employer i found a lot jobs & i kept applying to them but no use.
Bottom Line:
1- i need a way to find these recruiters/staffing agencies whose clients are cap exempt so i can contact them & send my CV to them to see if their clients have a vacancy for me or not.
2- any job sites which i can search for jobs in my field and being able to see if it H1B cap exempt or not, instead of wasting time by keep filing job applications which end with (are u authorized to work, or have work permit, ...etc.)
