H4 visa appointment in chennai

hi,

I am trying to take appointment for H4 from one week in Hyd. but I am not getting the dates. I heard that they are remodeling and they are not giving the dates for may. But some one gave reply that they saw dates by today. What is true? Please let me know the correct reply whats going on.

If we can take dates in Chennai how we have to apply as a resident of AP?
