Hi All,
My Family entered US in Jan 2018, also having valid Visa till Mar 2020. For My Son, they gave the I 94 validity till his old passport expiry date Jul 2019. He got the new passport on Jul itself.
We are in the process of applying the H1B extn and the employer is asking me to get the I 94 updated for my Son , from CBP Office till the Visa validity. I tried to reach them by walkin to the nearest office and they told me to send the detail through email and did multiple follow ups, still havent got the response.
Can you please any one provide your suggestions , how to proceed further.
