Can I travel outside of US while my H4 extension application is pending with USCIS and get the STAMP done at Embassy in India (based on my spouse's H1B approval) and then re-enter USA? If yes, do I need to withdraw my pending H4 extension application once I'm back in the US? If I don't withdraw what's going to happen? Any response will be very helpful.
