My brother who is on valid h4 visa was denied boarding by emirates (he has confirmed ticked) to a flight to US. Emirates said they received an email from center of border protection and he needs to get clearance. They did not show the email or give any information regarding the reason CBP requested clearance. Did anyone have similar experience? And what did you do? Thanks
