Hi Experts -

I will keep my question short - Pleasingly seeking help.

I was on L1 for 3.5 yrs then COSed into H1 for 2 yrs, then in 2018 h1 extn was denied in now in IN since 2 yrs. I140 was approved in 2015, I left the employer after coming back to IN.

Qs- (1). Whats the best bet here, go for lottery based try so that I may get a frsh 6yr runway?
(2). Try so find an employer who can start GC first(I dont know if any employer would do that?) and reach till I140 approved step again, then have the same employer file HNSC?
(3). Simply ask the current employer to file HNSC and try, but that will give me only 6 mnths before falling into 1yr cooling stay outside US.

Any other tips?
