H4 dependent VISA - options once divorce application is filed by H1B holder.

My husband is planning to divorce me. We got married in April 2016. We had differences between us but it got bigger once his parents visited us. We have been through this multiple times. I am not sure if this time it would end up in divorce. But wanted to know my options once it happens.

We havent started any divorce application or so. He is planning to go to India to file divorce. I am on H4 visa with a 8 months old baby.

What all options do I have ? Do I need to leave the country the day my husband leaves to India ? Is there any way I can still be here and work ?

Please any suggestions is much appreciated.
