H1B Visa Stamping Chennai
Hello,
I have been in the US for the last 6 years ever since I came here. I am planning to visit Chennai to get my visa stamped. I was a consultant for the last 5.5 years and since July 2019 I am a full timer with a Insurance giant. I have a I140 approved from the previous employer by which the new employer hired me and applied for my Extension and everything so far has been smooth and going on well. My queries,
- SHould I be worried since I am going back to India after 6 years for stamping?
- I have all the documents required like Emp Verification, I797 approval (till 2022), experience letters, educational credentials etc.
- Should I take a copy of LCA as well?
- What do I answer if VO asks why I did not travel to India in 6 years?
What else should I really take care of.
Any help on all this would be much appreciated.
